Fall Destination | Miami Springs Wedding Venue | The Curtiss Mansion | Whimsically Wed - Editorial S

Once again, this time winter! We headed to Miami with Whimsically Wed and collaborated with extraordinary Miami based Wedding Vendors while featuring Kelly Chase Couture Bridal Gowns - Winter in Florida, ins't like any other - The warmer temperatures are the theme for every day - Well, this day it was warmer than the rest of the states, however for our locals it was a little chilly. The inspiration for this editorial shoot were of tones denoting reds, green and florals that inspired romance yet, minimalist and simple in essence with a touch of rustic and naturally utilizing the gorgeous historic mansion which has gorgeous backdrops, our day was spent creating different scenarios. We were blessed to work with 4 lovely ladies - I will be honest - What I personally loved about it: the vibes - A sense of girl-power was vivid in the set and so that divine force resonated with the dynamics of our day. Jack and Jonathan styled our models' hair to reflect a modern, free and relaxed energy in our girls! Meghan - The fantastic make up artist, delivered beautiful and soft tones for each one of the girls, make them look fresh, natural and classic. We had several shoot-sets, all in the different rooms. including the main courtyard located in patio as well as the bridge, the limestone garden and areas adjacent to the Mansion. We are in-love with all the tables, chairs and couches - were provided by our friends with Anelite production - they have some gorgeous props.! The most beautiful floral installation designed and created by Myrna with Taylor Event Designs. She built a semi arch-shaped decorated exquisitely with green accents, roses as well as feathers with various lose golden details. One of our most loved scenes was by the golf course right by the green areas across the mansion's main entrance, Sherrie created the set in front of the gorgeous green piney background which definitely provided the most romantic vibe for our loving couple. Right after we worked in the main courtyard these shots included a beautiful red velvet couch - that Red, gave such a loving statement -  We moved onto a solo romantic, bridal by the bridge with our model Megan, the stairs and the gate were a perfect addition to our inspiration. As we moved forward into the evening when the sunset delivered the most exquisite colors, in reds and pink coloring - We had our models [who are closest friends] pose against the God given backdrop, for a very sweet moment that evoked the strength in sisterhood and loving friendships.

Our evening closed with a more dramatic feel, as we wanted to feature the dimmed bistro lights in patio  which keep adding a more romantic twist, what a wonderful way to close our editorial shoot! Needless to say, we love going back to our hometown: Miami time and time again to work with all the loving and  magnificent professionals who make dreams come true every weekend, in every season for couple from close and afar.
