Angelea + Matthew | Jack's Waterfront / Bask Hotel | Wedding Ceremony Celebration

Can't hardly believe... Almost 2.5 years ago in 2020 - Pandemic time - Their plan wedding was a NO GO Wedding, because of the many restrictions for both travel and gatherings. Second go round in 2021. Wedding day was to be the next day - On rehearsal, unaware at that time - groom was not feeling well and so, he comes down with Covid the night before - Panic, and safety both led to cancellation - it was challenging time for many - including everyone involved with their wedding day - Vendors and Guests.

They chose to marry out in the front of their new home in Swansboro, NC - And made the best of it - and proceeded to quarantine...

Moving forward to 2022, plans to have their wedding/official/renewal for October and they chose to have a smaller, more intimate less traditional - Interfaith ceremony at Jack's Waterfront in Morehead, NC -

The vibe for the day: Very relaxed and laid back! Angelea's sister, Heather took care of all the preparations - and all planning along with Mom, Linda and Matt's family.

With about 50 guests and a very simple timeline for the day, they had the wedding they always wanted. It surpassed their expectations.

The details ranged from her original invites, which was also signed by #JodyBenson aka Ariel the Mermaid - [Bride is a HUGE Disney Fan] - On the details, also included, a beautiful charm in blue that her sister gifted her. Also, for her dance with [ Tap Shoes ] for that special father-daughter dance. And in remembrance of loved ones no longer around, integrated was a rosary belonging to her grandmother and pictures.

Her hair inspiration: Princess Style... It was magical. Lovers of the ocean, bride chose sandals with pearl accents as her wedding shoes. Her make up very fitting to her vision and style.

The groom wore a tailored suit - which originally to be worn in 2020's special day - from Glenwood South Tailors - With his name on the inside liner in a coral color [one of his favorite colors] - Matty complimented his look with white dress shoes.and blue accent for is tie. [Totally represented his style!]

We had first looks with Bride and Dad, Matt with his Mom, Phene {very emotional moments] and finally a first look between groom and bride as this was the first time Matt saw Angelea in her wedding dress, it was sweet and magical!

An Interfaith/Christian ceremony with readings by both dads and Lance [ Heather's husband] all accompanied by communion wafers and I dos

After the ceremony [ for the second time ] final bridal party pictures were captured, followed by introductions, speeches, dinner, Sunset portraits, the dances, cake and other activities through the evening with a good selection of music for the reception. Dinner was catered and created by the Chef at Jack's

The end of the night, their exit was followed by sparklers and their final send off to their honeymoon by limo.

Enjoy!
