Weather threaten to appear forcefully on their wedding day - somehow, just drizzle and little wind - Still the part never stopped.... Nikki and TJ --

The Story: It was the year of 2016. TJ surprised Nikki by moving back to NY! The stars were finally aligning & things fell into place! October they began dating! 2018 they moved into their 1st apt. in Raleigh, NC. 2019 they bought a house! Along the way they adopted 2 fur babies: A puppy named Luna & a kitty named Boots. 2020 the world decided to fall apart by dealing with a pandemic, but they still got engaged and due to covid the wedding has been pushed to 2022.

May 7th, 2022 | They became husband and wife

The Proposal: It was a vacation unlike any other! A road trip to Nashville TN. They never been there before and had so much they wanted to do! Who knew saying "Yes!" would be on the to-do list!

The couple decided to go on a hike to Rutledge Falls. It was time to take a selfie! After a second of reviewing the photo Nikki looks down and TJ is on his knee! He pops the question "Will you marry me?" ... She said yes!

Wedding Day: Saturday, May 7th 2022 Started a beautiful wedding day @neuse_breeze . With a little sprinkle here and there and some 11+MPH winds from the SE as it attempted to bring a little chaos, but love and great atmosphere was bigger than the weather! There were first looks with dad, grandma and bridesmaids.

Nikki and TJ had a first touch and vow reading [ as well as gift exchange ] 10 minutes before walking down the aisle, where TJ would see he for the first time in her wedding dress.

After the ceremony we captured their formals and played with clouds, we danced to @pitbull, @thekillers and even @bonjovi ❤️ - Even the groom's sisters performed 'the worm' and TJ followed! All friends and family from near and far came to celebrate Nikki and TJ Lordi
