2016 - Erin and Nicholas meet at a party at the school they attended in Mississippi - and the stories goes something about a watch that needing fixing and somehow, Erin offered to get it fixed - Fast forward six years - moving states, graduating and getting a Golden Retriever pup during pandemic - Nicholas decides to propose...
The call comes at the end of November - It is Nicholas asking for availability on December 30th - And, I can definitely make it happen, I mean... Most definitely consider it done. I am able to provide a full service with many options... He wanted a simple-picnic setup type by the beach, since they would have dinner reservations... Nicholas wanted the best... I got to work, and it was simply awe-mazing!!!

What a perfect day it was - 68* degree weather, cloudy and cool - No high winds and then he makes it even better, by mentioning that Bixby would be there.

Nick and Erin - took the time to talk about the ring, the proposal... the ins and outs and how much they love their love for one another as they sipped their favorite Brut Champagne VC - along with a mini charcuterie set up with boho vibes for picnic area, all while looking at the ocean.
If curious, about that watch... Unknown... Never fixed... cannot be found... :)
Well, here is to their happily ever after - They will celebrate and I cannot wait to see what this year will bring to all~
