Casey & Will | May Lew Farm | Farmville, NC | Destination Wedding | #HappilyEverHardison

Imagine... This beautiful color palette, filled with sage green, dusty rose, mauve, white, gold tones.

Florals... ALL over - It was a true live garden - Rustic and elegant vibe - The event venue, built in the 1830s, as a two-story, three bay, single pile, Federal style frame dwelling with a rear shed wing. It was remodeled in the 1850s with Greek Revival style design elements. The venue is Southern Hospitality personified. No lie!

Also on the property are the contributing smokehouse and other farm related outbuildings, and acreage for miles... What a wonderful place to have a romantic and classic wedding day!

As far as the weather for the day - we started with a possible 90% rain all day and then started to lessen bit by bit - Still ceremony was moved to the inside of the main barn building - The pictures will show you how gorgeous this was. Your Perfect Day team made all the final adjustments...

Bridal party and Casey were in the main house, getting ready while the groomsmen and Will were in the rustic chalet near the venue's barn sharing good times and good cigars!

Laughs, jokes, champagne along with first looks with dad and Brewer aka ring bearer aka fave nephew [only nephew] - as well as gift and letter exchanges between bride and groom were shared. All was magical!

Heads Up Penny made sure the house stayed partying all night long, it was amazing - we even danced - this was just the mere indication the day was to be a good one!

A special bouquet toss was planned for her flower girl - Penny - I mean this little one a superstar... You will tell by our captures!

My personal highlights:

Casey looked gorgeous as ever, bridesmaids we extraordinary, Penny stole my heart! The band Played Dave Mathews Song, La Marca all over, I saw Blaire P and her hubby [my couple from 2 seasons ago] ; clear umbrellas, the florals, the food, the wonderful CICU crew being there - My nurses ROCK!

After all the toasts and cake cutting - and dancing as the day came to an end, a last dance was shared by the couple, they were left all to themselves to share a little intimate moment, before sparkler exit. Their getaway car: a '22 Stingray Corvette Convertible in Black...

And so... Congratulations to our newlyweds....
