Stanly Hall Ballroom is located on the second floor. It has been renovated and it carries that gorgeous waltz-vibe from the 40's.

When first built, the second floor was the city’s principal dance and assembly hall It also was used as a temporary court room and city hall in the 1880’s and 1890’s.

In the 20th century it was used to host USO dances [ when you step inside the building, you have a feeling of having been there, its magical ] Stanly Hall, also served as the gymnasium to the New Bern High School, so that the school could have their basketball games. In 2012 the restoration was finished and since then, it has become a wedding venue as well that holds up to 200 guests - The building holds a rich and yet simple history, that captivates your spirit. After styled shoot, we had the opportunity to head off to 320 Pollock St [ Basically down the street..} to Christ Episcopal Church and Parish House for a few portraits with a different twist, mostly bridals and with bridesmaid. Our model bride wore a exquisite ballgown from Rosa Clara's TWO collection. Shoes were from the Something Blue By Betsey Johnson Women's Corey Collection in Ivory Satin and custom made accessories by Blush - on our Bridesmaid.
