The bridal details pertain to the editorial portion of the day. These include, but are not exclusive to, invites, wedding gown & shoes, jewelry [gifted/to be worn], your engagement ring, his band, and your band as well, ANY family heirlooms and special meaningful items. This portion takes about 30minutes to complete. Make sure you have these ready at the place where you are getting ready. Also, there is other information that will help us in our workflow for the day...

If you are seeing this, we are 2 weeks or less from the wedding [or probably we are ahead and ready].
Either before the ceremony or after the ceremony, we will first photograph you both [depending on whether you have a first look or not] with your immediate family members (parents and siblings) and grandparents (if applicable) during the formal family time [takes about 25 mins approx] - Up to 10 groups -
If you have any groupings outside of immediate family, we suggest you provide these details with the list [try to include in your 10 groups], share with planner so we can schedule the timing accordingly; these are important portraits as well.
Additionally, please inform us of any special groupings due to family circumstances (e.g., divorce, stepparents, etc.) so that we can appropriately welcome and recognize all of the meaningful relationships in your life and stay on track with assertiveness and efficiency.
Tip: When alerting the family/extended in lists of their times to be ready for portraits, give a time 15 minutes before the start of portraits to ensure timeliness.
